I purchased three things one is rope chain one is heart bracelet and the other one is heart earrings i liked rope chain and bracelet but earrings was not so good i want to exchange this but I don’t know your exchange policy as the earrings was not so comfortable and was uneasy to wear. I would appreciate if you exchange this with another article otherwise i am satisfied with the other two products thank you!
